INSULATED HDPE SINGLE WALL VERTICAL TANKS

Our Insulated HDPE tanks are covered with a closed-cell polyurethane spray foam insulation.  The insulation is rated at 6.7R per inch of thickness.  The normal thickness is 2″.  We do offer 3″ and 4″ insulation thickness on request.  The insulation is sealed with a white elastomeric coasting to provide UV protection of the foam.

These tanks are also offered in Polypropylene and PVDF versions.  That is beneficial when you need specific chemical compatibility or high continuous use temperature options.
