FAQ

Plastic Storage Tank Questions, Answered

What sizes of plastic storage tanks do you make?

Single-wall HDPE vertical tanks go up to 20,000 gallons, polypropylene and PVDF tanks up to 6,000 gallons, and double-wall containment tanks up to 10,000 gallons. Call us with your volume and footprint and we’ll recommend a size.

Should I choose HDPE, polypropylene or PVDF?

It depends on the chemical, its concentration and its temperature. HDPE covers most applications; polypropylene and PVDF handle more aggressive chemicals and higher heat. Check our chemical compatibility chart or send us your SDS.

What is a double-wall tank?

A double-wall tank is a primary tank inside a second outer tank. If the inner tank ever leaks, the outer wall contains the chemical — secondary containment without a separate dike or basin.

Do you ship outside of Texas?

Yes. We ship nationwide by LTL, shared or full flatbed freight, including legal and wide loads, and can use your freight broker.

Are your tanks suitable for food-grade products?

We mold with FDA-compliant resins and can install sanitary tri-clamp fittings. Tell us the product when you request a quote.
