					Double Wall
					Tanks are an
excellent containment solution. These tanks have an inner
primary storage tank and and an outer secondary tank that
encloses the bottom and sidewalls (part or all) of the
primary tank.  Our double wall construction is
completely sealed so that dust, rain and snow cannot collect
					in the outer containment tank.

We have tanks with up to 10,000
gallons of primary storage and we will soon offer 12,000
gallon and 15,000 double wall tanks.  We can provide double
wall tanks that are rated to either 1.5 or 1.9 specific
gravity.  We outfit our tanks with the fittings that you
					need, where you need them.

We offer tanks as small as 25
gallons. Our smaller double wall tanks are ideal for "Day"
tank systems.   By combining our rotational molding
capabilities with our plastic fabrication and welding, we
are able to offer you an extremely wide variety of double
					wall tanks.

We also offer some double wall
tanks from a variety of resins.  We offer all of our double
walled tanks in HDPE (high density polyethylene).  We
additionally offer many of our double wall tanks in
Crosslink Polyethylene, Polypropylen, PVDF (Kynar) and Nylon
					6.  In some cases, we can offer double wall tanks with
different plastic resins for the inner tank and the outer
					tank.

					Our double wall tank fittings
are installed per your specifications.  We strongly
urge that all fittings be placed on the top of the tank and
that there are no sidewall penetrations.  The most
popular fittings for double wall tanks include a level gauge
(so you can see how much liquid is in the primary storage
tank), a top-fill line equipped with a siphon tube (so
liquid can be pumped into or out of the primary tank), and,
a screened U-vent (to keep from forming a vaccuum in the
tank). OSHA ladders are another popular choice.  We can
equip the double wall tanks with flanges or threaded
					fittings

We normally have the primary and secondary
tanks in stock for our double wall tanks. We mate them, weld
them together and outfit them per you specifications.  Lead
time will vary depending on the size of the tank, fittings
					required and current shop load.
