For more than four decades, Bailiff Enterprises, Inc. has been helping industrial customers solve complex liquid storage challenges with dependable, American-made thermoplastic tank solutions. Founded in Texas in 1981, the company has grown from a small family enterprise into a respected manufacturer of industrial plastic storage tanks used throughout the United States and beyond.
Today, Bailiff manufactures and fabricates tanks from HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and PVDF (Kynar®), providing storage solutions for some of the most demanding chemical and industrial applications. The company specializes in vertical tanks, double-wall containment tanks, cone-bottom tanks, containment sumps, and custom-engineered storage systems built to customer specifications.

Our Story
The company was founded by Dean Bailiff, whose experience in indstrial piping systems, valves, fittings, and customer support led him to build a business focused on quality industrial storage solutions. Starting with fiberglass tanks and evolving into advanced thermoplastic manufacturing, Bailiff continually expanded its capabilities as industry demands changed.
Over the years, the company developed expertise in rotational molding, custom fabrication, industrial tank outfitting, and specialty thermoplastics. Through steady growth and a commitment to customer service, Bailiff became one of the few manufacturers capable of producing tanks in multiple advanced resin systems, including HDPE, Polypropylene, and PVDF.
Today, a new generation of the Bailiff family continues the tradition of delivering customized solutions while maintaining the same commitment to quality and customer relationships that have defined the company since its beginning.
